Xultophy® 100/3.6 (insulin degludec and liraglutide injection) is a fixed-dose combination of a long-acting basal insulin and a GLP-1 receptor agonist, indicated to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes when previous therapy with basal insulin or liraglutide alone is inadequate. Administered once daily by subcutaneous injection using a prefilled pen; each mL contains 100 units of insulin degludec and 3.6 mg of liraglutide. Maximum daily dose is 50 units/1.8 mg. Not for use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
